Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an appointment. We will work with you to find another available time.
Cancellations
Cancellations with reasonable notice may be rescheduled without a fee. A late cancellation or missed appointment may incur a travel or reserved-time fee; this will be disclosed before booking.
Refunds
If a service concern arises, contact us promptly so we can review the work and determine an appropriate remedy. Hardware and third-party subscriptions are subject to the seller or provider’s own return terms.
